Terms for Noise Cleaner previews, single-file exports, Processing Minutes, acceptable use, refunds, and file availability.

The V1 service
Noise Cleaner provides uploaded-file background noise reduction for supported audio and video. Only capabilities described on the current product and pricing pages are included in V1.
Your files and permissions
You retain your rights in uploaded media and output. You confirm that you have permission to upload, process, and download the file, and that your use does not violate privacy, copyright, confidentiality, or other rights.
Preview and compatibility
A guest audio preview covers up to the first 30 seconds. A guest video preview also covers up to the first 30 seconds, but a video shorter than 30 seconds exposes only its first half. A signed-in user with sufficient Processing Minutes starts full processing without a free preview first. Noise Cleaner checks compatibility before full processing. Video export is offered only when the original video stream can be safely copied and its default audio replaced.
Single-file exports
A single-file purchase applies to one compatible project and cannot be transferred to another project. Processing begins after Stripe confirms the payment.
Processing Minutes
Processing Minutes require an account and may be used only for Noise Cleaner processing. They are non-transferable, cannot be resold, and are not redeemable for cash. One-time packages never expire. Monthly subscription capacity resets at the next billing period and is consumed before package capacity. Usage is tracked in seconds: each file costs its decoded duration rounded up to the next whole second, with a one-second minimum. Audio and video both use a 1× rate. Seconds are held during processing, settled on success, and released on failure.
Results and availability
Noise-reduction results vary with the original signal. We do not promise perfect restoration or removal of every sound. Guest media normally expires after 24 hours; successfully paid or minutes-based project media is available for up to 7 days. Download important results promptly.
Refunds
A refund may be requested within seven calendar days after Stripe confirms payment only when no purchased Processing Seconds have been settled and no single-file export has been delivered. READY means delivered even if the file was not downloaded. We do not issue partial refunds, and a subjective preference about the audible result is not an automatic-refund condition. System failures
If a Processing Minutes job fails after all automatic retries, its held seconds are released. If a single-file paid export fails after all automatic retries, Noise Cleaner creates a refund request for the original payment.
Subscription cancellation
A normal subscription cancellation is managed through the Stripe-hosted billing portal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. An approved refund is different: it ends the subscription immediately and revokes the current subscription cycle while preserving separately purchased package seconds and the account's default credit.
Prohibited use
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content; attempt to access another project; bypass upload, rate, or payment controls; interfere with the service; or use the service to distribute malware.
Open-source software
Noise Cleaner includes open-source software used under its applicable licenses, including Apache-2.0 components.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue service features, reject incompatible files, suspend abusive access, and update these terms. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
