Refund Policy
Refund eligibility and request process for Noise Cleaner single-file exports, Processing Minutes packages, and subscriptions.
Last updated: August 14, 2026
Seven-day request window
You may request a refund within seven calendar days after Stripe confirms the payment. Send the billing record ID or project ID to our support email. Do not send media, card details, bank details, guest tokens, or payment credentials.
Processing Minutes
A package, subscription payment, renewal, or subscription upgrade is eligible only when none of the seconds supplied by that payment have been settled. An active processing hold must finish or be canceled before eligibility can be decided. If even one purchased second has been settled, the payment is not refundable.
Single-file exports
A single-file export is eligible only before the full result reaches READY. READY means the digital result has been delivered, whether or not you opened or downloaded it. A subjective preference about the audible result is not a refund condition because the preview is available before payment.
No partial refunds
Eligible payments are refunded in full to the original payment method. We do not issue partial refunds. The time for an approved refund to appear is controlled by Stripe, the card network, and your bank.
System failures
When a Processing Minutes job fails after all automatic retries, its held seconds are released automatically. When a single-file paid export fails after all automatic retries, Noise Cleaner creates a refund request for the original payment.
Subscription refunds
An approved subscription refund ends the subscription immediately and revokes the current subscription cycle. Separately purchased package seconds and the account's default 60-second credit are preserved.
