Cancellation Policy
How Noise Cleaner subscription cancellations, project cancellations, and approved subscription refunds take effect.

Canceling a subscription
Signed-in customers can open Usage & Billing and use the Stripe-hosted billing portal to cancel renewal. A normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Stripe does not charge the next scheduled renewal after the cancellation is effective.
Access through period end
Unless a payment is refunded, the current subscription cycle remains available until its stated period end. Unused subscription capacity does not roll over to the next cycle.
Refunds are different
A cancellation does not create a refund. If a separate refund request is approved under the Refund Policy, the subscription ends immediately and the current subscription cycle is revoked. Separately purchased package seconds and the account's default credit are preserved.
Canceling processing
A project that has not reached READY can be canceled from its workspace. Active Processing Minutes holds are released when cancellation is accepted. A paid single-file export cancellation before delivery creates a refund request; a READY export has already been delivered.
See the Refund Policy for eligibility and the request process.
