Digital delivery timing, result availability, and retention for Noise Cleaner Processing Minutes and single-file exports.

Digital service only

Noise Cleaner supplies digital processing capacity and digital media results. We do not ship physical goods, charge shipping fees, or accept physical returns.

Processing Minutes delivery

Processing Minutes are credited to the signed-in account after Stripe confirms a successful payment and Noise Cleaner applies the verified payment event. They may be used only for Noise Cleaner, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. The Usage & Billing page shows the resulting balance and billing record.

Single-file export delivery

After payment confirmation, Noise Cleaner processes the compatible project. Delivery occurs when the project reaches READY and a protected download becomes available in the project workspace.

Processing time

Processing time depends on file duration, layout, current capacity, and retry requirements. Compatibility and account limits are shown before processing; the system duration and channel ceilings are safety limits, not unconditional acceptance promises.

Availability and retention

Paid and Processing Minutes project media is normally retained for up to seven days. Download important results promptly. Guest originals and previews normally expire after 24 hours.

Delivery problems

If minutes are not credited or a paid project does not progress, contact support with the billing record ID or project ID. Do not send media, signed URLs, guest tokens, or payment credentials.
